The Little Italy B&B is located in a quiet side street between the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the Via Merulana, one of Rome’s most famous streets. The building is late 19th century, with a wide entrance, formerly used for horses and wagons, leading to a tiny courtyard. In order to get to the Little Italy Bed and Breakfast you will have to take the lift to the 4th floor (don’t forget to close all the lift doors or it will refuse to move). You will come onto a small terrace decorated with plants, which overlooks the courtyard, and you will find the Little Italy Bed and Breakfast Rome on your left.

Bed & Breakfast Little Italy - the rooms

The boutique Rome B&B Little Italy consists of 5 spacious and sunny rooms, sharing 2 toilets and showers. Each room has its own small fridge and television. The rooms are all doubles, but in some of them there is more than enough space to add an extra bed and turn it into a triple bedroom. The beds have thick, orthopedic mattrasses that are not bumpy and do not sag. The rooms are tastefully and elegantly furnished, each having its own unique atmosphere, created by carefully choosing the right curtain colors and matching bed covers.

There is central heating in all of the rooms and in winter we provide extra blankets in case you are still cold. The B&B is cleaned on a daily basis and big, fresh, fluffy towels are also provided every day. There is 24 hour hot water at the Little Italy hostel.

The rooms are non-smoking but there is a big common terrace for smokers.

Bed & Breakfast Little Italy - Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8am till 10am, but if you have to leave before that in order to catch an early flight or to try and avoid the queues at the Vatican Museums we will make sure there will be some food waiting for you when you get up. There is bread, fresh from the baker every morning, with butter and a choice of jams and marmalades and different kinds of cereal to choose from. Coffee or tea as much as you want and 4 different fruit juices.

At the B&B Little Italy hostel Rome there are coffee and tea making facilities all day.

Bed & Breakfast Little Italy - makes life easy

  • by lending you an umbrella on a rainy day
  • by lending you an iron when walking through Rome all day tired you out so much you fell asleep with your clothes on
  • by lending you a hair-dryer after you forgot to ask for the umbrella

The Hostel Little Italy Bed and Breakfast in Rome will book city tours (in Rome, but also to Venice, Florence, Pompei or Tivoli) for you. If you let us know if and when you would like to visit the Galleria Borghese, where a reservation is mandatory, we can do this for you too. The B&B will also reserve Rome airport taxis.
